About Stacey

Stacey Patillo delivers a high-energy and practical approach to coaching leaders looking to generate greater creativity and foster positive disruption. She brings a multidisciplinary background to leadership development coaching, from how to accomplish more in less time to helping leaders get clear on the impact they want to have in the world. Stacey is adept at helping leaders increase their self-awareness, take radical responsibility, and level up their confidence resulting in positive, measurable outcomes at work, at home, and in their communities.

Stacey has sat on all sides of the table as a manager, an employee, and a coach. Whether it’s managing fast-growing teams, helping scale startups, or serving as a coach, Stacey understands the tensions that come with managing cross-cultural teams, staying connected in hybrid work environments, and working in blended roles as people leader & individual contributor.

Stacey has over 15 years of experience working in the behavior change field as a certified coach in the areas of Life, Leadership and Holistic Health, as well as over 15 years of experience in the corporate world, leading teams in fast-growing environments.

Stacey holds a Masters degree in International Development & Service, a BA in Business Management from Indiana University.
