Creating Psychological Safety & Trust

This new way of work brings in several new variables to the team dynamic. In this session, you'll focus on the core elements needed to set yourself up to successfully work remotely while also learning the best practices for engaging with your team.

Setting Expectations & Agreements (Part 1)

Working remotely requires a different set of rules for how you and your team need to work together. In this session, you'll define the expectations and agreements needed for your team to work together successfully.

Setting Expectations & Agreements (Part 2)

After you’ve clearly defined your team agreements, you’re going to need your team to buy into this new way of work. In this session, you'll develop a plan to gain agreement on how you will work together and what you can expect of one another.

Holding Accountability

Moving to a remote environment can be scary because you can't SEE what your people are doing. In this session, you'll learn how to hold your team accountable to their work and the team's success, despite the barrier of being remote.

*Each leader receives three (3) sessions with their Leadership Coach
