Coach Profile

Glasa Gottschalk

Glasa exceeds at helping people remove the self-created roadblocks that get in their way of an amazing life. With over 20 years of experience in growing and leading businesses, she brings an effective balance of analytical thinking and emotional intelligence to her coaching. Glasa is passionate about creating equity, especially for women of color, and believes there is a gap in the coaching industry when it comes to serving marginalized identities.

In her spare time, Glasa volunteers with her local Habitat for Humanity, co-hosts a virtual community for black entrepreneurs, and co-founded an inclusive community for local women entrepreneurs. She loves the outdoors, travel, hiking and hanging with her husband and pups.

What Leaders Say...

"Discussions with her have helped me look past roadblocks and take action towards the challenges I've been facing. She does this by asking probing questions that help me get to the solution myself. I've already successfully implemented the strategies that we discussed and have seen positive outcomes. In many instances, inaction due to the fear of failure can be the biggest roadblock."
