Connect with forward-thinking leaders who are shaping more human-centered, high-performing workplaces.
Our People Advisors Community is a curated group of senior executives—Chief People Officers, VPs, Heads of People, and others shaping strategy at the highest level. Built for forward-thinking leaders, this community goes beyond connection.
Members share insights, exchange best practices, and support one another in navigating the evolving world of work. Each group meets monthly in a small virtual setting, with additional huddles, panels, mentoring, and other interactive opportunities—multiple ways to learn from peers, contribute thought leadership, and shape the next generation of leaders. As People Advisors, members also guide Raise The Bar directly, helping us create even more impactful leadership programs and a better world of work.
The People Connection brings together emerging and mid-level leaders from fast-growing organizations. Designed for those driving key people programs—like Learning & Development Managers, People Partners, and HR Directors—this community supports leaders shaping culture and employee experience from the ground up.
Members meet monthly in a supportive virtual setting to exchange ideas, share best practices, and grow alongside peers navigating similar challenges in today’s evolving world of work. Together, they form the foundation of the People Connection, a network committed to shaping the future of work.
Our Leadership Community is a space for leaders who become a Raise The Bar Certified Leader to stay connected, supported, and inspired. Members join a growing network of peers, gaining access to ongoing resources, leadership tools, and meaningful connections that fuel their growth long after the program ends.

No—membership in both communities is invite-only and free of charge. Our goal is to foster connection, learning, and growth among People leaders at every level.
Each session is hosted virtually and features a mix of peer discussion, topical deep-dives, and shared insights around current challenges and trends in the People space. Sessions are intimate, interactive, and focused on practical takeaways.
We meet virtually once a month, and you’ll always get a calendar invite with the details in advance. On top of that, we host smaller huddles (monthly or every other month) for deeper dives, plus annual in-person Summits and mini-Summits throughout the year to connect face-to-face.
