During the launch phase, we engage both leaders and their managers to ensure alignment and commitment. Each leader is paired with a dedicated Leader Experience Specialist who provides one-on-one support from coach matching through graduation and certification. Meanwhile, managers receive bi-weekly updates and prompts to help them coach more effectively and hold their leaders accountable.

Measure, Iterate & Renew

After each session, we collect feedback from leaders and coaches—tracking NPS, sentiment, receptivity, and other key metrics. This allows our Delivery team to refine the approach in real time. Training Workshops

High-impact, interactive workshops designed to build real leadership skills that stick. Each 2–2.5 hour session creates space for hands-on learning, meaningful dialogue, and practice of new leadership behaviors. Leaders walk away with tools they can immediately apply to their teams and challenges.

Coaching Sessions

Personalized, one-on-one leadership coaching tailored to each individual’s growth path. Leaders meet with a dedicated coach for 30–60 minutes sessions focused on building self-awareness, overcoming challenges, and reaching their leadership goals. It’s a space for reflection, accountability, and real behavior change.

Bootcamps

Practice Labs

After completing the training workshops and coaching sessions, leaders may participate in six 60-minute Practice Labs where they apply new skills to real-life leadership situations. These coach-led sessions foster collaboration, deepen confidence, and help leaders build a consistent leadership practice alongside peers.
