Coach Profile

Jess Jordan

Jess is a high-energy, action-oriented coach, who brings her background in psychology and neuroscience to help leaders connect seemingly disparate dots that uncover unique and powerful insights. Jess supports our Raise The Bar leaders in so many ways, earning her the title of All Star Player! She ensures that our leaders have all they need and more as they go through training; and also heads up the RTB Leader Community, continuing to support our certified leaders in their work.

One of Jess’ superpowers is helping people navigate change, drawing on her own unique experiences as a professional adventure tour guide and global traveler. Jess is committed to getting outside her comfort zone; originally hailing from Colorado, she has lived in several different cities in Europe and is a new mom, living in another new country.

What Leaders Say...

"Jess has not only shown great ability to understand my challenges and weaknesses, but has also helped me identify areas for improvement and, above all, inspired me to explore new ways of approaching conversations with the team and managing them."
