Carly, aka The Magician, is our resident tech guru who turns chaos into streamlined success. She integrates our systems, operationalizes our workflows, and automates repetitive tasks to help make our team more agile and efficient; ultimately ensuring that our leaders have a smooth and stellar experience when going through our training. Carly has a knack for finding clever solutions to complex problems, often making them disappear like magic.

Carly is a devoted dog mom to her Old English Bulldog Otis and loves to golf.
