Kim keeps Raise The Bar’s business operations running smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes, whether it’s keeping our team handbook up to date or applying for and maintaining our B Corp Certification. She is a compassionate, curious, and authentic person who loves animals, Aaron, and being a mom to their son Ollie. She also makes a delicious cake!
