Career Transition Coaching supports employees in building clarity and developing action plans to take the next step in their careers as they transition away from their full-time roles.

Step 1. Coach Matching
Departing individuals complete an intake form to match them with the right coach for their needs.
Step 2. Career Mapping
Individuals craft a vision with their coach and build clarity for their desired next step (1 hour).


Step 3. Build Your Professional Brand
Individuals practice telling their career story to ensure their resume shines, and as they prepare for networking and interviews in a 1:1 setting with their coach (1 hour).
Step 4. Career Coaching
Individuals work with their coach to develop a career transition strategy & receive support in taking action on a simple and impactful strategy that supports the individual in achieving their career goals over four 1:1 coaching hours.
