Between workshops, you’ll have assignments to practice. Then, reflect on what’s working, what’s not, and how you can take the next steps with your Raise The Bar Leadership Coach.
Gain further insights into your leadership by completing a Habits of a Leader 360 assessment.
Become a Certified Leader
After completing the bootcamp, receive your certification as an Open Honest & Direct Certified Leader (Level 1).
Digital Management Coach
Receive free access to a on-demand coach to extend your learning and development beyond the bootcamp.
