Here's how leaders immerse in the Bootcamp 100 & 200 journey
3 Month Immersion
Most workshops spend 90% of their time knowledge building, which doesn’t drive action. We flip that process and focus on putting learning into action.
Every two weeks (for 3 months) leaders participate in a virtual (or live) workshop followed by a homework assignment to put their learning into practice.
Each leader gets matched with one of our incredible Leadership Coaches. Leaders work with their coach between workshops for more personalized support and development.
The 360 report increases your leaders' awareness and provides them opportunities to gather insights, ask questions, and start productive conversations about how they can be more effective leaders. It also provides you an opportunity to get crucial insights on not just all of your managers, but your whole organization.
Facilitated by one of our coaches, learning labs not only reinforce the principles of how to lead better but also help leaders solve the biggest challenges they're facing. During each lab, leaders go to work on real-life people challenges and problem solve together.

Train / Assess / Adapt
Train. Leaders are immersed in the practice of great leadership through our bi-weekly leadership workshops, homework assignments, and coaching sessions.
Assess. We gather feedback after each session, to get a full picture of how the learning is being applied.
Adapt. And we use the feedback to make real-time adjustments to the workshops based to better serve your managers.
