  • Do you provide virtual training? or live training?
    Yes, yes and yes. A third yes? We offer our training which can be done virtually, in person at a location of your choosing, or our most popular approach, the hybrid delivery, which includes a bit of live & virtual training for your leaders.
  • Can you support a global team?
    Over half of the leaders we develop & support are based in Europe, India and beyond. Though we have our roots in Chicago, we have coaches and team members who live all around the world and are used to coaching and working with leaders from different backgrounds and cultures.
  • How do you work with EMEA leaders?
    We have 4 coaches (and counting) that are based in the UK & Spain specifically to support our EMEA leaders. We also have US based coaches who spent a good portion of their lives in EMEA and who are able to coach & support these leaders specifically. Fun fact: Two of our US based coaches can and love to coach in Dutch!
  • What’s the time commitment?
    Trainings range between 2-2.5 hrs. Ideally we run these every 2 weeks for 3 months making the total time in training ~15 hrs. Add in 3.5 hours of coaching and the total time commitment for the first three months is roughly 18 hrs. Practice labs occur after the 18 hrs of training and coaching, and are a 1-hr per month time commitment.
  • Can it integrate into our current mgmt 101 program?
    You're making me smile with this question! Yes, we find great success in working with partners who already have a mgmt 101 in place. We're able to integrate the bootcamp into programs that are already in place, using common language & models to create even more leadership consistency for your leaders.
  • Is the training customizable?
    The training can and should be customized to your organizations unique needs. We work very hard at the front end to understand all we can about your organization and then we'll work together to co-create the plan that's right for your group of leaders.
