Kristy Nittskoff

Kristy has over 15 years of HR leadership and business transformation experience, helping companies develop HR and talent strategy roadmaps to elevate their workforce.

Kristy’s background is a mix of HR leadership, consulting, and private equity experience. She recently served as the CHRO for CentralSquare Technologies, backed by Vista Equity Partners and Bain Capital. Kristy held a leadership role on the Vista Equity talent consulting team before joining CentralSquare. She also worked as the head of HR for Envoy Global and the head of candidate and employee engagement at Mintel.

Through her consulting work, Kristy lends her expertise to companies experiencing a growth inflection point. She specializes in coaching leaders on the nuances of talent strategy to set them on a path to meet their goals and scale their business effectively through talent.

Kristy holds an MBA from DePaul University with a dual focus in Economics and Leadership & Change Management. She graduated from Indiana University with a BS in Finance.

Kira Meinzer

Kira Meinzer serves as Chief People Officer for Envoy Global. In this role, she is charged with fostering a collaborative and innovative environment through strategic hiring, training and organizational development.
Meinzer has over 20 years of proven human resources leadership experience. Throughout her career, she has proudly built award winning places of work in the technology and logistics space.
Prior to joining Envoy, Meinzer served as the Chief People Officer for logistics software provider Sleek Technologies and SaaS provider PowerReviews. In addition, Meinzer was the Vice President of HR for AFN, North American Recruiting Manager for Dyson and C.H. Robinson Worldwide.
Meinzer strongly believes in the philosophy that we are “people before employees” and we need to “humanize the workplace”.
Meinzer earned a B.A. in Marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. She resides in the Chicago area with her husband and twin sons.

Kelli Koschmann

As the Chief People Officer at Showpad, Kelli Koschmann is passionate about designing a culture where all Showpadders can thrive. She believes human-first organizations have a competitive advantage and leads with heart. She also leverages design thinking to co-create people programs that drive growth and impact.
During her career, Kelli has scaled HR to support company growth from $200M to over $700M, successfully integrated acquired companies, prepared companies for IPO, and led a team of 50 members spread across North America, Europe and Asia. Kelli believes in a collaborative leadership style that embraces and celebrates diversity of people, ideas and culture.
Kelli holds a Master’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s of Arts from Augustana College. Kelli is also passionate about adventuring outdoors with her family and traveling and exploring new cultures.

Jim Conti is a talent and HR professional with a decade of experience building teams in Chicago-based software startups. He was the first talent hire at Sprout Social, where he helped grow the team from 50 to over 400 employees. Most recently, he was the VP, People at dscout.

Jim is originally from New Hampshire and lives in Chicago’s Andersonville neighborhood. Proud dog and plant dad.

Andy is a Human Resources executive with over 20 years of experience of progressive and cutting edge People Operations and People & Culture leadership, leadership development and coaching for start-up and high growth Data and Data Analytics, SaaS, Professional Services, and multimedia companies. Andy has experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital companies from pre-funded start-ups through self-funded and capitalized businesses.

Andy is experienced with building and revising full-cycle people programs as well as recruiting and retaining top talent. Andy has designed and implemented HR strategy for several mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Uptake, Andy was the Chief Administrative Officer for GrowthPlay, a sales consulting and talent analytics consulting firm. Andy was Vice President of Human Resources and Operations for Time Out Chicago, Head of Human Resources Business Partners for Morningstar. Andy has provided full range People and HR consulting for various businesses serving in interim HR/People leadership roles.

Andy is a process and procedure specialist. In start-up/acquisition and high growth modes, Andy has proven success identifying and implementing new systems and policies, and identifying new talent to bring onboard. When working with existing systems and programs, Andy's experience identifying, updating and/or replacing existing systems and procedures has led to improvements in quality as well as cost savings to his employers.

Andy is a successful leader and mentor that believes in collective wisdom as a way to lead his team as well as the companies in which he supports. Andy has a passion for developing award winning cultures that lead to strong employee engagement, high retention and, ultimately becoming recognized as a great place to work.

Andy holds a B.S. degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Nebraska. In 2012, Andy received certification from Northwestern University in Mediation and Dispute Resolution. In 2018, Andy was named in Crain’s Chicago’s inaugural class of Chicago’s Notable LGBTQ Executives.

Andy offers his services pro bono to Chicago-area non-profits providing HR strategy, developing policies, soliciting and evaluating bids for HR and insurance services and providing coaching to managers.

Aaron Miller

inTulsa

Aaron Miller serves as the Head of Partnerships at inTulsa, an initiative to expand Tulsa’s tech sector by connecting innovative growth companies with the diverse talent they need to scale. Aaron moved to Tulsa (for the second time) in 2020 to launch inTulsa in partnership with GKFF and Atento Capital. Focusing on organizational strategy and building the infrastructure to fuel employment growth in the short and long term, Aaron leads inTulsa’s work in workforce development.

Before initially moving to Tulsa in 2010, Aaron attended the University of Michigan where he received a degree in Metropolitan Strategic Development. Upon graduation, he moved to Tulsa to teach middle school math through Teach For America. After 2 years of teaching, he transitioned to the George Kaiser Family Foundation where served as a Program Officer leading initiatives in talent recruitment and retention, entrepreneurship and downtown real estate development. At GKFF, Aaron designed and opened the non-profit entrepreneur hub 36 Degrees North as the inaugural board chair. He helped launch Guthrie Green in 2012, worked on various Arts District revitalization projects and was the founding board chair of Tulsa Bike Share.

In Fall 2017, Aaron returned to school (and his hometown of Chicago) to obtain his master’s at Northwestern in Learning & Organizational Change. His research focused on how leaders use office space and scheduling to develop their followers and he built up expertise in organizational networks, talent and culture, organization design, and employee engagement.

In 2019, Aaron joined Tempus, a fast-growing biotech data company in Chicago building the world's largest database of clinical and molecular data to fuel insights in the fight against cancer and other diseases. He led talent development: performance management, leadership development, learning & development and workforce/succession planning.

Aaron lives in Tulsa with his partner Joe. He is dedicated to developing Tulsa’s Jewish community, loves backyard bonfires and great food, and is developing a pretty intense pickleball habit.
