Our Monthly Community Workshops are designed to support, educate, and give you, the RTB Leader Community, a safe space to explore and learn! Each month, a Raise The Bar Leadership Coach will facilitate an interactive workshop on a variety of valuable leadership topics. In this workshop, I'll lead you through the steps of preparing and leading an effective meeting so that your meetings will be focused, efficient, and generate more participation.
