Kris Rudeegraap, Co-Founder and CEO of Sendoso, is no stranger to entrepreneurship, having started several businesses from the time he was a kid. The incubation of his business ideas always came from trying to solve a pain point. Now as a CEO of a 250 person growth stage company, Kris’ focus is twofold: to hire and retain talent, and to help them reach their full potential. Hire the RIGHT people early on, even if it means paying a bit more to get them. If they can help you take your business to the next level it’s worth the investment.
Rather than checking to see if your new hire is right, do the work to make sure that new hire is the right fit. Do all you can to help them succeed in their role.
People are the foundation for success - you need amazing people to help build an amazing product.
