It’s official—Raise The Bar is turning 8, and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate with you!
When this whole adventure began, my goal was simple: to create a team where we didn’t just work together but really had each other’s backs. A place where we could be honest, take risks, and maybe even laugh at ourselves when things got messy. I wanted to build something real—a space where we could celebrate the wins, learn from the losses, and always keep growing.
Eight years later, we’ve certified hundreds of leaders, partnered with countless people committed to learning and growth, and brought together a team of coaches who are still as fired up as ever to make a difference.
To celebrate the anniversary, we’re excited to share a clip from the newly released audiobook of "Open, Honest, and Direct"! This isn’t your average business book—it’s like having a personal guide to leveling up your leadership game. It’s packed with real, practical tips on how to build a high-performance team and bring out the best in your people. Whether you’re leading a team now or gearing up for the next big step, this audiobook has the tools to help you do it.
Let’s get back to our roots
A huge thank you to everyone who’s been part of this journey. Our incredible coaches, the organizations that trusted us with their teams, and the people leaders who showed up ready to grow—your commitment has made all the difference.
Raise The Bar was founded to change the way leadership works. We’ve always been fascinated by one question: why, when we know better, do we not do better? What we’ve learned is that knowledge alone doesn’t lead to action—it’s about creating habits, practicing consistently, and truly showing up as leaders. That’s why we’re committed to helping managers move from simply knowing what leadership looks like to actually living it.
Back in 2021, I sat down to share my story of how Raise The Bar came to be and opened up about the need for science-backed methods to build high-performing teams.
As we look ahead, we’re doubling down on this mission. The future of leadership is about more than just reacting to change—it’s about leading it with intention, and we’re here to help you do just that.
